About Me

I’m a graduate at the University of Wisconsin–Madison with B.A.’s in Journalism and Spanish. I’m originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and landed myself back near my roots after living in Wisconsin, Spain and Tennessee over the years.

I’m a huge people person and thrive in a collaborative environment, but also know how to be a self starter and take initiative on my own. I’m a quick learner, can adapt easily to a new workplace, work well under pressure and enjoy learning and gaining new skills while helping others do the same. A number of my passions include traveling, hiking, music, the outdoors, education, mentorship, public health, yoga, photography, animal welfare, art, Spanish culture, viticulture and cooking. I’m a woman of many interests and always love to learn and discover more about myself each day!

Since March 2019 I’ve been part of the media team at H&L Partners, and was recently promoted to Senior Media Planner. Not only do I get to work on engaging and exciting accounts, but also with some of the most dedicated and stellar humans in the advertising industry. My past professional experience includes working as a Jr. Publicist/Assistant at The GreenRoom, Marketing Coordinator at ACP Composites, Media Intern at Hiebing, Editorial Intern at the Pleasanton Weekly, Digital Music and Copyright Admin. Intern at Regalías Digitales, and a Development Intern at the Madison Public Library Foundation. I’ve also worked as a server/bartender since I was 18 because I believe it’s important to understand different industries and perspectives, and that it’s more crucial than ever we appreciate service employees for all that they do.

Facetune_27-03-2020-11-56-21Outside of school and work, I’ve written for the Pleasanton WeeklyEmmie Magazine and The Odysseyand had the pleasure of volunteering with Occupaws Guide Dog Association for four years during college.

I invite you to explore the rest of my site to see my work, publications and school-related projects, and my original photography. Thank you and enjoy!
